We're so confident in our ability to resolve your issues that we guarantee it.
If, for any reason within our control we can't resolve your issue,
you don't have to pay. Period. |
Legal caveats:
i. If you have a problem with our work, you must tell us within a week of our service call and we will resolve it without additional charge. It's not cool to call us two months after we finish the project, after you've installed additional software and/or hardware, let your kid/brother/neighbor's dog bang on the computer for a few hours, and suddenly tell us that you have an unresolved problem.
ii. We only guarantee OUR work. If YOUR hardware dies or malfunctions AFTER our visit, that is not covered under our guarantee, and our normal service rates apply.
