And, if you need work done on site and normal business hours are inconvenient for you, we'll simply work around your schedule. Days. Night. Weekends. You tell us what time is best for you, and we'll be there.
Responsible When we're working for you, your problem becomes our problem. No more finger pointing between vendors trying to pass the buck instead of giving you a real answer. We'll work with you to identify the problem, develop a solution, and then do everything necessary to make it happen. This includes applying our hard-core geek knowledge, devising clever, practical solutions, moving heaven and earth, and staying up past our bedtime.
Flexible Fee Arrangements
Most of our work is done on an hourly basis. All of our work is done either at your location or remotely. We are located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. For clients within a half hour radius of Elmwood Park, we do not charge for travel time. Beyond that, travel time and expenses are charged at our hourly rate.
Flat fee pricing is available for requests with a clearly defined scope. For larger projects, we are happy to offer comprehensive job proposals.
Service contracts are also available. You've asked for it, and we've listened! Save money by prepaying for a block of hours.
