Michael Kenwood is a Microsoft Certified Professional and an expert in all Windows operating systems, virus prevention and removal, networking and troubleshooting. He has been consulting for over 15 years. He has provided Tier 2 support for a Fortune 500 company, served as the administrator of an IT department of a nationally ranked university and worked as the senior technician and help desk coordinator of a startup technology company. His desktop, server, and network experience combine to give him an intuitive feel for zeroing in on the source of a problem without the need for those never-ending checklists like those used by AOL.

John Kutsuzawa provides internal applications support for a major wireless telecom company. He is responsible for overseeing the help desk, acting as subject matter expert and IT liaison for 7 mission critical systems. He performs ad-hoc queries using Crystal Reports on Remedy ARS servers to analyze problem trends, evaluate effects of application rollouts or change control, end-user training, and productivity statistics. His business analysis skills and technical writing ability has kept him in the forefront of the company's goal to more closely bridge Customer Care and IT departments together.

With a certification background in Microsoft (MCSA) and Linux (LPI, GNU), he can often find solutions to problems in combinations of ideas that others would have missed.

Kimberly Kozak has eight years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft servers and desktops, Novell servers and clients, Microsoft Office, and a plethora of proprietary software packages. She is fluent in the administration of Pervasive and Sybase SQL databases. She can assemble and configure DELL, Compaq/HP and IBM servers in her sleep - when she has time to sleep.
